In both my Counselling and Therapeutic Coaching work, my approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and real-life experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods — instead, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you reclaim who you are beneath the coping, pleasing, fixing, or self-doubt.

I specialise in supporting those who’ve spent much of their lives putting others first — often at the cost of their own needs, voice, and joy. My work is about helping you release the guilt that so often comes with taking up space, and learning how to honour yourself with compassion and care.

​

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Psychology and Counselling, a Diploma in Higher Education in Counselling, and an Accredited Certificate in Life Coaching. With over a decade of experience supporting adults, young people, and adolescents across a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, I bring both depth and flexibility to the way I work.

​

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life — across cultures, identities, backgrounds, and life stages. I bring that richness of experience into every space I hold.​​

COUNSELLING

Within counselling I offer a confidential, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for you to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from yourself.

As a BACP Registered person-centred, integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs.

​

My approach is relational, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed, helping you make sense of patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your voice, boundaries, and inner clarity.

Together, we work at your pace to gently untangle the thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs that are no longer serving you.

​

I’ll listen with empathy and care, offering a fresh perspective that supports you in finding your own answers from within. This work can bring clarity, healing, and the strength to move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

THERAPEUTIC COACHING

My therapeutic coaching approach offers a safe, non-judgemental space where you can gain greater self-awareness, uncover what’s holding you back, and begin creating meaningful change. Together, we explore both the surface challenges and deeper root causes — often unconscious — that may be keeping you stuck in patterns like overgiving, self-doubt, or unclear boundaries.

​

This process is collaborative, conversational, and goal-oriented. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your strengths, clarify your values, and take empowered steps toward the life you want to live.

Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on processing past experiences, therapeutic coaching is more future-focused. While we may touch on your history, our work centres on where you are now and where you want to go — helping you set goals, build self-trust, and create a clear path forward.

It’s a space to be fully seen, supported, and challenged — so you can step into alignment with who you truly are, with more confidence, clarity, and ease.
